Now that we’re signed to Island we’ve a little more of a budget to spend on the video so you might notice a slight different in production quality campared to the first one… we have dancers, fire, limos and the works!! The first one was shot in my dad’s garage for about $500… the new one cost a bit more, but coincidentally was shot in a car park as well… don’t exactly know what the theme here is, but it seems to work nonetheless ;-)

yes yes, we know… things have been looking quiet around Modus Vivendi Music, but in reality we have just been huddled up in the various studios working on a plethora of new material to share with the world. Everyone from Julian Brody and Sanchez Dub in Mexico City to The SoulWarriors in Munich, Germany to Subatomic Sound System in NYC have been working hard and deep on new productions which will see the light of day very soon!!
Beyond that, Modus Vivendi Music recording artist Sam Sparro has signed a worldwide deal with Island Records UK, which we’re all obviously ecstatic about! This is truly exciting for all of us here and we’re looking forward to a great working relationship with the whole Island team!
The single Black & Gold will be released in the UK on March 31st and the full Sam Sparro album later in April… check the Sam Sparro release section for more info on that… in the meantime, we’re going back in the studio now to work on finishing the record… you’ll be hearing from us soon!
